DEDUCTIVE REASONING  

This type of reasoning is also called logical reasoning  .

It is otherwise a deductive logic

A process of reasoning from one or more statements to reach a logically certain conclusion .


INDUCTIVE REASONING 

This is directly opposite to Deductive reasoning

It is a method in which the premises are viewed as supplying some evidence for the truth of conclusion .


ABDUCTIVE REASONING 

It is a form of logical inference that starts with an observation or a set of observations and then seeks to find the simplest and most likely conclusion from the observations .
